What is the difference between Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure?
Whilst both are customised and handmade to order for you, Made-to-Order suits are tailored based on our standard size patterns, which we customise to your choice of size and fit, lapel style, colour, etc. Made to Measure suits on the other hand, are fully handcrafted from scratch, designed to your exact measurements. Allowing for a more specific fit if you want something a little different than average, and a much better fit if you typically find standard suits do not fit you very well. Made to Measure suits also allow for a greater degree of specifications with regards to styling, and finer details.
How do I ensure I provide the correct measurements?
We recommend following our detailed measurement guide, which walks you through the process of taking accurate body measurements. Even if you are selecting a standard size, we suggest double-checking your chest and waist measurements to avoid sizing issues. If you’re unsure, you can visit a local tailor for assistance.
Do you offer wedding or group orders?
Yes! We provide tailored solutions for weddings, business events, and group orders. If you require multiple suits, we recommend reaching out to us early to discuss bulk pricing and ensure timely delivery.
What is your return and refund policy?
All custom made to order products have a no questions asked refund policy within 48 hours from the time you ordered. After 48 hours, since our products are custom-made specifically for you, we only offer refunds or replacements in cases where the product is faulty, or damaged on arrival, or not fit for purpose, for example if you ordered a size 32″ and we sent a 42″. We cannot issue refunds for issues such as color or fabric dissatisfaction (this is why we provide samples for free) or incorrect sizing due to customer measurement errors. However, we strive for customer satisfaction and may offer remakes or alterations at a discounted rates. Of course if the the sizing issue is our fault, we will replace or remake the suit at no cost immediately.
What is the estimated delivery time for Made-to-Order suits?
Our typical delivery time for Made-to-Measure and Made-to-Order suits is 21-30 days from the date of ordering. We aim to complete all orders as quickly as possible, but factors such as fabric availability, courier delays, and the complexity of customization may affect timelines.
Do you offer express or priority service?
Yes! For made to order / measure suits, we offer a priority service that typically reduces the production time to around 15 days. plus shipping. However, while priority orders are expedited, they are still subject to potential delays beyond our control, such as courier or supplier issues and as such they cannot be guaranteed.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your suit has been picked up by the courier or postal service, we will provide you with a tracking code so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. We cannot guarantee and are not responsible for any local customs charges or handling issues, nor the time that may add till the order is in your hands. What happens if my suit does not fit correctly?
If your suit does not fit as expected, we will work with you to find a solution. Afterall we want all our customers to look and feel amazing. Depending on the nature of the sizing issue, we may offer alterations, remakes, or replacements. If the sizing error was on our part, we will of course prioritse a free remake for you. Just remember, if there is a problem with sizing, and it is your fault, just be honest, and friendly, and that will get you a long way.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Because each suit is custom-made, changes to your order can only be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and modifications may not be possible.
Can I request fabric samples before placing an order?
Yes! We offer free fabric samples worldwide for all of our Made-to-Order and Made-to-Measure products. If you’d like to receive fabric swatches before placing an order, please contact us, and we’ll ship them to you.
